Role Overview

Product Managers at Coupang are mini-CEOs and they own and drive large parts of the business.

• Be responsible for product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for specific areas related to the customer shopping experience

• Always represent the voice of our customers based on our deep understanding of our customers.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to product launch, including creating product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by removing challenges from the end-to-end shopping experience

• Inspire your team to have a vision for your product and collaborate with multiple domain teams to launch your product

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to increase the number of customers, stores and delivery people

• Delivering a first-class shopping and logistics experience on mobile apps and websites

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, including developing, implementing and executing a solid product vision

• A person who can move quickly, make data-based decisions, adapt well to environments with high uncertainty, and can think analytically

• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple domain teams and manage multiple projects

• A person with a passion to judge and act quickly and to get the job done

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and exert influence while making sound business decisions

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent
