Required Knowledge:
- Advanced in profound theoretical background on Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical,)
- Intercultural experience through international internships or during semester(s) at an university abroad, Strong ability in analytical/structured thinking, basics in First working experience through (international) internships/job as working student, or initial employment(s) in respective fields
- Expert in Fluent English language and preferably one additional foreign language
Required Experience:
- Education: Bachelor-/Master Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Process/Engineering or Manufacturing or Science, distinctive results (above average results)
- Professional Experience: Internships in Manufacturing/Engineering, preferably also international ones. First working experience up to 2 years if Bachelor degree min. of 2 years work experience is required
- Project and/or Process Experience: Experience through internship(s) in respective areas for 8-10 months (international internships preferred) first project management experience desired
- Intercultural /International Experience: At least 2 months of International internship/study abroad/working in a multicultural and international team
