Ultimately responsible for the product performance and stability and customer satisfaction.

Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors.

Master degree or above, major in materials or chemical engineering.

More than 5 years of technical experience in polymer industry, good knowledge in Auto interior product, material and process is preferred.(Accept outstanding fresh graduates)

Proven project management experience in major projects and successfully completed projects with high complexity.

Communicating effectively.

Good ability to work under pressure and research spirit.

Good English in written and read, fluent oral English is preferred.
