About the role
For our Automotive Engineering team at the location Hanover-Stöcken,
we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) starting August/September 2026. The position comes with a working time of20 hours per week for at least 12 months.
Tasks include:

Coordinate ongoing initiatives related to technical and quality requirements management

Develop and propose sustainable processes for managing technical and quality requirements
-
Oversee the complete prototype ordering process for all customer orders
-
Evaluate and optimize current prototype order management processes, identifying areas for improvement
-
Provide day-to-day support to the Automotive Engineering team, contributing to key tasks in product development projects and quality-related topics

Ongoing technical studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field of study

Initial experience in project management

Strong interest and passion for project leadership and structuring complex tasks

High interest in quality standards and process management

Very good English language skills, both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage

Analytical approach to work and good ability to logical thinking

Easy comprehension of complex issues

Attention to detail, strong self-motivation and natural curiosity to look beyond the obvious

Interest in taking responsabilities and building leadership skills
