Lead mould fitter team to ensure timely mould changes, adherence to safety, 5S, and quality standards.

• Manage mould and bladder replacement during the shift as per schedule.

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, control plans, and work instructions.

• Address and escalate quality issues related to moulds and bladders promptly.

• Verify moulds and bladders meet specifications before and after installation.

• Report unsafe conditions or hazards immediately.

• Education: SKM Level 2 or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing.

• Experience: 3+ years in mould/bladder change and team supervision in shift-based production.

• Skills: Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and ability to work with engineering and production teams.

• Other: Basic computer skills and knowledge of safety and quality standards.
