VAN Development Engineer

As a Tire Line Development Engineer, you will lead tire line development projects, ensuring that all specific requirements are met across basic and advanced tire performance.

You will be responsible for the design and validation of experimental VAN tires, driving innovation from concept through testing to industrial application. In parallel, you will shape and optimize processes to guarantee high-quality, cost-efficient, and innovative tire production.

Previous experience in rubber industry as advantage

Background in Science (Technical university), able to work in English spoken environment

Able to coordinate/manage projects & project teams

Simulation capabilities highly welcome

Able to think rationally and able to work under pressure

Good communication skills, English proficiency

Willingness to grow and to travel (option of training stay in Hannover)
