We are looking for a motivated Industrial Engineering Intern to support productivity improvement and operational efficiency initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

The intern will assist in analyzing workflows, collecting data, and supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance production performance and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process improvement and productivity initiatives

• Assist in time studies, workflow analysis, and line balancing

• Collect and analyze operational data

• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities

• Assist in standard work documentation and process updates

• Support KPI tracking and performance reporting

• Participate in cross-functional improvement projects

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Internship duration: 3–6 months (flexible based on university requirements)

• Location: Rayong Plant, Thailand
