  • Relay QC notes to editors and ensure all applicable assets are redelivered as needed in a timely manner

  • Log QC notes, review and update project metadata, and update QC statuses in various Post Production tools

  • Manage a steady queue of deliverables across several projects and brands with competing priorities and shifting air dates, pivoting when necessary and communicating deliveries and delays to Scheduling and Publishing teams

  • Stay on the pulse of updated style guides and series tags, ensuring newly published content keeps up to date with brand/series refreshes.

  • Help enforce standards, policies, and procedures for asset delivery and archiving

  • Collaborate with Media Management teams to ensure correct metadata tagging and archiving of media

  • Assist with media requests such as pulling archived episodes, transcoding videos for external delivery partners, etc.

  • When possible, preview content ahead of initial delivery and QC review; provide quality-control feedback to editors, audio mixers, and colorists during a project, and provide feedback to associated team members

  • Liaise with various teams for inbound and outbound delivery requests, technical-related inquiries involving delivery specs, transfer credentials, and sending requests (via SFTP, Signiant, MAM/DAM, Hightail, etc.)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a post-production environment, with skills revolving around asset management and delivery

  • Working knowledge of Airtable, Frame.io, and Adobe Premiere Pro is required

  • Excel in meticulous attention to detail, with experience in a wide array of video formats, quality control, archiving, and light-touch editing

  • Proficient knowledge of the main broadcast and digital video and audio formats

  • Deep understanding of media codecs, bit rates, aspect ratios, color spaces, and compression

  • Effective organizer with proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Calm and deliberate demeanor with excellent communication skills in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment; a team player with patience and empathy

  • Proactive and strong ability to problem solve and work through issues

  • Produce under the pressure of deadlines

  • Communicate well and be flexible with other departments

  • Someone who relishes noticing errors in media and day-to-day life, and won’t get bored or lose focus when reviewing multiple iterations or deliverables of the same piece of content

The expected base salary range for this position is from $70,324 - $72,000
