Condé Nast Germany is looking for you as a Talent Manager

  • The Talent Group (All genders welcome!).

The role will be to support the creative, sales and marketing teams propose, cast and sign the right talent for brand content projects.

  • The Role is based in Munich and reporting to the US Commercial Director
  • The Talent Group, your missions as Talent Manager, these tasks await you:

Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for celebrity and talent bookings and entertainment content across all German Conde Nast titles and platforms, including but not limited to digital, print and video.

  • This "celebrity specialist " must be on the pulse of all aspects of the pop culture realm and have a keen eye for emerging talent. This includes musicians, actors in film and television, athletes, influencers and tastemakers.

  • This position will work closely with the editorial , commercial and video departments across the teams in Germany , to support on all talent and celebrity bookings.

  • Work partnership with the global TTG network to provide information, updates, sharing resources and status reports on current and future projects and programs that are being developed and worked on.

  • Knowledge and understanding of German Culture on a local market level

  • Work with the editorial feature teams and video teams to contribute casting ideas for future celebrity related projects.

  • Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communicator.

  • Excellent language skills in German and English

  • Must be a team player , make decisions in a timely manner, and work under pressure.

  • Detail oriented, organized, ability to multitask, and follow tight strict deadlines.

  • Ideal candidates would have an editorial, commercial , digital, or TV booking background.

  • Must possess a passion and knowledge for pop culture, entertainment and the celebrity world.

  • Having relationships with celebrity publicists , studios, music labels, and streaming television networks is important.
