The Role
Condé Nast Italy is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Experiential Marketer / Event Producer to lead the end-to-end production of its commercial events. Working in the Experiential area of the Condé Nast Commercial Creative department (CNCC) and reporting to the Events Director, this role will be responsible for organizing and tracking all phases of the production of commercial events involving the brands within the portfolio of Condé Nast Italy. Activities will include locations scouting, negotiations with suppliers, and logistics management before, during and after the events. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing complex productions, scouting and securing unique locations, and building strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. This role requires creativity, strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain high quality and results under tight deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all production elements to ensure flawless event execution

Identify, evaluate, and secure venues and locations that align with creative and logistical requirements

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors (AV, staging, catering, logistics, etc.)

Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring cost control and optimal allocation of resources

Develop detailed production schedules, oversee permits, technical setups, and on-site operations

Work closely with Creative, Revenue and client teams to ensure all production aspects align with the event’s vision

Lead the production on-site, managing load-in, rehearsals, live execution, and strike
Primary Skills & Qualifications
-
3 years of proven experience as an Event Producer, or in a similar Events Production role, within a Fashion, Creative or Event Production firm

Professional working fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Strong background in location scouting and supplier sourcing/negotiation

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously

Solid understanding of production workflows, AV setups, and event logistics.

Strong budget management and cost-control abilities

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
-
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
