Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our Global Events team. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact Arm events across APAC, including industry tradeshows and Arm-hosted programs, while supporting major regional and global initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong execution skills, a diligent and collaborative perspective. You will handle end-to-end event delivery, work effectively across regions and time zones, and provide guidance on event tools and platforms to ensure seamless planning and high-quality attendance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of industry tradeshows and Arm-hosted events, shaping event strategy, formats, and execution to support business objectives, including venue selection, space and experience design, logistics, budgets, and agency management.
- Drive audience acquisition and event visibility, owning registration strategy, targeted outreach, and pre-event media activities to ensure strong engagement and high-quality attendance, while making data-driven decisions and handling challenging priorities.
- Lead operational excellence across event delivery by driving cross-functional and vendor collaboration, establishing best-in-class event operations, and strategically leading agencies and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget. Provide oversight and direction across core event components, including logistics, space and experience design, accommodation, catering, shipping, session programming, and satellite events.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Experience in leading large-scale events and exhibitions across APAC, with end-to-end ownership in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and strong expertise in audience acquisition and event operations, ideally within the technology sector.
- Strong partner and project management skills, applying proven event management methodologies to drive execution in sophisticated environments. Demonstrates sound judgment, effective prioritization, and practical problem-solving while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities in global settings, with a track record of building strong relationships across diverse, cross-cultural teams, adapting communication styles for different audiences, and working effectively across time zones using event and marketing platforms. Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
- Flexibility to travel across APAC and support on-site event delivery, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Fluency or conversational proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
- Experience delivering events across Europe, and North America.
- 7 years of relevant professional experience in a related role.
