  1. Talent Management(人才招募與發展)
  • 與用人單位合作,釐清人才需求並制定招募策略。
  • 負責端到端招募流程,包含候選人評估、面試安排與錄用建議。
  • 洞察人才市場趨勢與競業狀況,作為招募策略與薪酬建議之依據。
  • 經營並優化招募管道,提升人才吸引力與招募成效。
  • 規劃與執行新人訓練及年度教育訓練計畫,並管理訓練紀錄和追蹤成效。
  • 蒐集並分析組織訓練需求,推動人才發展方案。
  • 作為在地 Learning & Development 窗口,串接與落實總部培訓資源。
  1. People Operations(人資行政與營運支持)
  • 負責新人報到流程,包括文件準備、帳號開通與人事系統建檔。
  • 維護與管理人力資源系統(HRIS),確保資料正確性與即時性。
  • 協助優化人資內部流程,提升作業效率與員工體驗。
  • 支援日常人資行政作業與跨部門溝通協調。
  1. Business Partnering(組織與人才夥伴支持)
  • 了解業務需求,就組織運作、團隊管理及人才留任與發展提供專業建議與支持。
  • 支援組織人力規劃,確保人力配置符合業務發展需求。
  • 協助推動或參與人資相關專案,支持組織持續成長。
  1. 其他集團、公司、主管指派任務。
