Shift: 2:30 PM-11:15 PM
Hourly Rate: $13.73 an hour + $0.25 shift differential
During training earn $16.82/hour for up to the first 30 days. This will allow you time to train before earning bonus. (You will have the option to start earning bonus sooner, if you begin to meet jar counts prior to 30 days.)
Hand packers are eligible to receive a daily bonus based on their individual production. The 2022 average bonus was an ADDITIONAL $15.81/hour , ON TOP of base pay!
A Day in the Life of a Handpacker:
This is a seasonal, afternoon shift position with a base pay of $13.73/hour, $0.25 shift premium and a production bonus based on your individual performance each shift. Seasonal production demand begins in April and ends no later than December 14th. You will work with a team and report to production leads and team lead who will support you in your success.
The Hand packer functions in a team environment and is responsible for the proper filling of the jars being run. Hand-Pack employees must pack to set standard
You Will:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Train employees.

Work with Q. A. Lab, production supervisors and Crew leaders.

Comply with company policy and procedures.

Read and interpret documents such as; safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Understand quality checks as they relate to packing.

Other Responsibilities to be assigned.
