Shift: 9:30 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $24.75 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• You will follow detailed recipes to accurately weigh, measure, and add ingredients into industrial mixers, ensuring every batch meets exact specifications.
• You will cut open and handle bags of flour and other ingredients, adding them to mixers in the correct sequence and quantities.
• You will operate and monitor mixer control panels, understanding functions and settings to ensure proper mixing.
• You will stage ingredients by breaking down required materials, loading them onto carts, and transporting them to the mixing room.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• Comfort working with numbers and basic math to follow precise recipes where accuracy is critical.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience or closely related, transferable experience.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, including Safe Quality Food requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high‑quality product.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on, production‑focused work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
