Reporting to the Production Line Lead, you will support daily operations by monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday with some Fridays as needed

• Shift: 3rd shift

• Starting Pay: $20.50/hour

This position primarily supports our Pizza Bagel packaging department, but you may be assigned to other production lines or departments based on business needs.

A Taste of What You’ll Do

• Operate a variety of production machines and equipment.

• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.

• Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.

• Perform product quality checks to ensure our products meet consumer and company standards.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients for Success

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting boxes up to 50+ pounds, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.

• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.

• Commitment to safety — PPE is provided, including ear protection.

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.

Physical Requirements

Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include:
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary. More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.
