Organization & Team Overview

Comcast’s Technology & Product organization designs, develops and supports innovative products and services that bring broadband, wireless, video and voice experiences to residential and business customers throughout the world, with more than 57 million customer relationships across the U.S. and Europe. The team also works to ensure the performance of our network in the U.S., including speeds and capacity that customers rely on to stay connected to what matters most, and builds and operations mission-critical systems, including those that monitor our network and its associated cloud infrastructure.

Our team supports Access Engineering and Construction team with providing application to design and manage the augmentation of network technology and expansion. The overall workflow orchestration and data assets are critical to supporting our yearly target to upgrade ~10 million addresses to full duplex speeds and 1.25 million net new serviceable addresses. As a Product Analyst Co-op you will work with our product, delivery, engineering and business stakeholder teams.

Role Description

As a Product Analyst Co-op on the ION Product Team you will analyze data, help define metrics, support experimentation and create insights that influence product strategy, roadmap decisions and end user experience

What are some interesting problems the student will work on?

In your role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations using transactional and ticketing data to define and measure areas of opportunity.

Where can this student make an impact?

You’ll be working with the best and brightest minds in Comcast while we roll out the FDX and EPON network infrastructure powering the next generation of high bandwidth services. Success in this role is characterized by a higher speed to market, with fewer customer-facing defects and outages.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify trends and insights

  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to product and business stakeholders

  • Assist in defining product KPIs and success metrics

  • Support A/B testing and experimentation by helping design analysis plans and interpret results

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Data teams

  • Help document product requirements, user stories, and feature outcomes

  • Conduct market, customer, or competitive research as needed

  • Support ongoing product planning and prioritization activities

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts

  • Exposure to product management, analytics, or software development projects

  • Interest in technology, SaaS, or digital products

  • Preferred Majors:

Business Analytics, Business and Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.

  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.

  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Compensation

Base Pay: $32.00

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
