Job Summary
This job is responsible for overseeing business configurations and serving as a subject matter expert for Emissions Reporting solutions. It involves collaborating on technical projects, ensuring data integrity, and supporting solution enhancements. The role requires in-depth knowledge and the ability to work independently, contributing to organizational technology objectives.
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Consulting on and implementing business configurations, along with testing and maintenance for system integrity
- Serving as a subject matter expert for functional systems and technology-related inquiries from department heads and stakeholders
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather technical requirements for assigned functions and projects
- Designing, building, and testing enhancements, and resolving any system defects
- Facilitating system rollouts, including user training and communication efforts
- Providing user feedback to management to drive future system enhancements
- Conducting data integrity maintenance and audits to ensure high-quality data within systems
- Analyzing needs for system integrations and determining requirements for successful implementation
- Evaluating the effectiveness of new system enhancements
- Partnering with quality assurance teams to ensure comprehensive system testing
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Additional Job Description
- Ownership of end‑to‑end emissions data quality, governance, and reporting. Ensure accurate ingestion, validation, and standardization of emissions and energy data; develop audit ‑ready reports aligning to sustainability requirements.
- Support the integration and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting frameworks. Apply intermediate‑to‑advanced SQL and Python expertise to extract, transform, validate, and reconcile large, complex datasets across multiple source systems. Design and enhance data models and data warehouse structures (e.g., fact/dimension tables, star schemas) to enable reliable, performant analytics. Contribute to data integration, ETL/ELT workflows, and data quality controls that power automated emissions reporting at scale, ensuring accuracy, auditability, and performance across growing data volumes.
- Collaborate across Data Engineering, Product, and Finance. Integrate emissions requirements into technology roadmaps, ensure traceability between operational and financial data sources, and independently deliver analyses and dashboards that provide customers and stakeholders with clear sustainability insights. Work with business partners to perform backcasts as needed, retaining history and reproducing emissions based on the latest calculations.
