Job Summary
Comcast’s Drexel Co-op Program offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build lasting connections, and grow professionally in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Role Description
Do you want the opportunity to apply your communications, journalism, and marketing skills to create positive impact? As an Impact & Inclusion Communications co-op, you’ll be part of a team working to promote corporate social responsibility (CSR), strengthen our communities, and champion inclusion initiatives.
In this role, you’ll work with smart, passionate communicators across the company to help shape Comcast’s annual Impact Report, craft compelling partnership announcements, support employee activations, and more.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Write and upload stories to our Intranet, and complete writing assignments for other channels such as social media, newsletters, and the corporate website.

Draft a monthly newsletter for internal stakeholders across Comcast and NBCUniversal.

Help with the communications and project management for Comcast’s annual Impact Report.

Provide executive communications support including managing a speaking engagement tracker and executive speaking briefs.

Copyedit and format communications content.
-
Provide event support for Impact & Inclusion-hosted events.
-
Manage relationship with online CSR distribution vendor 3BL.
-
Design content using Canva (e.g., calendar invitations).

Admin tasks, as needed (e.g., meeting notes, transcribing speeches, tracking projects, cataloging and archiving photography)

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.

Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.

Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.

Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting.

Compensation
Base Pay: $23.00
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
