Organization & Team Overview
The Inside Sales Operations & Implementation team partners closely with Sales leadership, cross‑functional stakeholders, and frontline sellers to turn strategy into scalable, repeatable execution. This team serves as the operational backbone of our ,1200 person Comcast Business Inside Sales Team, translating business and sales strategies into processes, tools, programs, and insights that drive performance, alignment, and growth.
The team owns sales strategy execution, sales acceleration programs, lead management, systems and process optimization, order support, and strategic analysis for our Inside Sales Team.
This team is ideal for candidates who enjoy building structure in fast‑paced environments, solving complex operational challenges, and driving measurable impact at scale.
Role Description
As an Inside Sales Communications Intern, you’ll play a hands‑on role supporting programs and messaging that help Inside Sales teams succeed. You’ll partner with sales leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to build communications and launch plans, create engaging assets, and support initiatives that drive seller performance and adoption.
Success in this role is characterized by clear, timely communications, strong coordination across teams, and well‑executed launches that enable sellers to focus on serving customers and driving growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support sales engagement initiatives, including eNPS, Your Voice, and our Culture Council.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Enablement, and Marketing to help develop communication and launch plans
- Draft, edit, and design communication assets such as emails, presentations, job aids, FAQs, and launch toolkits
- Help organize and track program launches, key milestones, and deliverables
- Assist with gathering feedback and insights to improve future communications and programs
- Conduct research and provide administrative and project support to leadership as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, communications, or business operations
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Majors:
Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, Operations, or related fields
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
- Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Compensation
Base Pay: $23.00
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
