Job Summary
This job involves researching and developing marketing content, serving as a communications hub, and guiding junior team members. It includes analyzing industry data, translating business goals into actionable insights, and contributing to the evaluation of marketing effectiveness. The role supports ongoing program optimization to align with the company's strategic objectives.
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Researching and drafting marketing materials, presenting findings to management for review
- Reviewing relevant literature to ensure current marketing projects are informed by past materials and strategies
- Serving as the initial point of contact for marketing team communication inquiries and clarifications
- Providing mentorship and oversight to junior team members, guiding their project involvement
- Gathering market insights to inform and shape marketing strategies
- Assisting in the translation of business objectives into analytical frameworks for market insights
- Contributing to the creation of reports that measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Supporting the continuous improvement of marketing programs through analysis and reporting
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
