Job Summary

This job involves comprehensive project management, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals. It encompasses resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. The role is pivotal in fostering collaboration across teams and leading projects to successful completion.

Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with Executive Director (ED) level stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in numerical analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (complex formulas/functions) and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
  • Quick learner with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • This role requires direct collaboration with Director-level and senior stakeholders across the organization, including Finance,HR,TA all Support and US team
  • Ability to guide, support, and manage junior team members.
  • Prior experience in a PMO (Project Management Office) environment will be an added advantage.
  • Excel VBA automation or any MS office automation will be an advantage .
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
