Project Manager 2 (Hybrid - Night Shift)

Job Summary
Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of straightforward to moderately complex projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time. Develops budgets, timelines, and ensures progress-to-plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements. Works with vendors and the team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team, including exempt and non-exempt employees. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Managing projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Implementing formal processes and tools for effective resource, budget, risk, and change management
- Identifying project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, registers, and timelines
- Planning and controlling project schedules and budgets, ensuring resource optimization
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to support project needs and services
- Providing regular project status reports to stakeholders and upper management
- Facilitating project meetings to ensure team alignment and effective communication
- Analyzing project outcomes, applying lessons learned to future projects, and contributing to the refinement of project management best practices
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Employees at all levels are expected to:
- With at least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or any relevant position, preferably in the Telco or IT industry
- Excellent command of the English language
- Must have experience working with domestic and international clients
- Able to work in a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite and 2 days remote work weekly)
- Able to work on the night shift work schedule
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
