Job Summary

Responsible for daily negotiation activities in support of network expansion efforts. Works closely and cultivates relationships with key real estate clients, such as Real Estate Investment Trusts, National and Local Property Management Groups, and property owners to secure building access in a timely manner. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description Core Responsibilities

  • Negotiates with property owners and their agents to gain and preserve the Company’s rights and meet the Company’s contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Increases sellable business addresses by gaining access to new buildings.
  • Manages daily tasks, funnel activities, and drive exemplary productivity metrics.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves real estate and lease-related issues to meet internal or external deadlines and requirements.
  • Positions the value of company’s portfolio of Business Services products to building developers, owners, and managers.
  • Stays abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business in the marketplace.
  • Participates with out-of-the-office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrates excellent verbal and written skills and in presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
  • Develops and implements best practices that contribute to improved performance and overall success.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
