The role ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to strategy development within the Business Operations Audit job family. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough audits or walkthroughs of business operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyzing financial data, operational processes, and internal controls to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations
• Developing audit reports and presenting findings to management, recommending corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and improve business processes
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance audit methodologies and techniques
• Providing guidance and support to junior auditors within the team
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
