What You Will Do

• Responsible for the overall end-to-end SAP Materials Master data management (material masters, BOMs, Lead Time, planning parameters), including creation, maintenance, quality and change control
• Standardize and govern master data processes across sites through regular reviews, driving consistency and continuous improvement
• Lead reviews and drive strategic solutions to support effective planning together with materials planning, production planning and inventory management
• Monitor data quality metrics, drive corrective actions, support audits and compliance and provide guidance to stakeholders on master data standards
• Work with Production Planners to assess recommended changes to planning master data (PFEP) and implement the required adjustment (live planning parameters. i.e. production planning lot size, lead-time review and planned scrap/yield factors).
• Review Materials Master Data Integrity in key system and perform audits.
• Review BOM Master Data Integrity in key system and perform audits.
• Drive annual costing lot size review and implementation in collaboration with Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Materials teams.
• Implement inventory planning strategies by using Inventory Entitlement (IE) and Effective Material Planning (EMP).
• Support planning activities for New Part Introduction (NPI) and transitions projects
• Communicate Standard Operating Process (SOP) for Materials team on new implemented process, changes in process and revision of existing process.
• Attend cross time zone conference calls support End-to-End Value Stream Replenishment and Central Materials Master Data review.
• SME to support SAP relevant production control system issues, analyze root causes and derive solutions.
• Communicate Standard Operating Process (SOP) for Materials team on new implemented process, changes in process and revision of existing process.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experiences in Manufacturing environment preferably in Aerospace industry.
• Bachelor Degree (Preferably major in Economics, Statistics, Business or relevant fields)

Qualifications We Prefer

• Demonstrate Master Data Management (MDM) and Business Process with strong data analysis ability and experiences.
• Good working experience with ERP systems (SAP).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
• Knowledge of Bills of Materials and Materials Master.
• Comfortable with data and able to handle large amount of data.
• Must be meticulous, detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Excellent communication and able to interact with all levels.
• Able to work independently as well as a team player.
