Job Title
-Warehouse Kitting Technician
Job Purpose
To accurately pick, prepare, and assemble material kits according to production or customer requirements, ensuring right part, right quantity, right time, while supporting Lean, safety, and inventory accuracy objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Kitting & Picking Operations
- Pick parts and materials according to kitting lists, BOMs, or system instructions
- Assemble kits in the correct sequence and configuration
- Verify part number, description, and quantity before kitting
- Follow scan-to-confirm processes
- Label, stage, and deliver completed kits to designated areas on time
- Follow warehouse safety rules, ergonomic practices, and 5S standards
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or mix-ups
- Keep kitting stations clean, organized, and audit-ready
- Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years experience in warehousing is advantage
- Working knowledge in any of the warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, stockroom)
- NCII Certified at least will expire after one year
