• Key Quality Focal: Lead hazard analyses and risk assessments, implementing strategies to reduce risks to acceptable levels under Part 21 and Part 145 for both Safety and Information Security.

• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to safety management and information security regulations.• System Development: Administer and maintain the Safety Management System, including updates to the MOE, procedures, policies, and checklists.• Audit: Conduct Safety and Information Security audits to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.• Training and Promotion: Develop and deliver safety training, facilitate safety group discussions, and promote a strong safety culture.• Reporting: Support external safety audits, prepare and submit safety findings, technical reports, compliance reviews, and certification documentation.• Data Analysis: Analyze safety event data, identify trends, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaboration with the ISM team on Part IS-related activities.

Continuous Improvement – Digitalization and Industry 4.0 Initiatives• Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and automation into Quality operations.

•Participate in performance improvement processes through CORE.•Design automation tools, processes, and macros—for example, developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Python programming to improve workflow efficiency.• Integrate and program new automated components into the MRO process to enhance productivity and consistency.
