The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the end-to-end processing of customer orders in a business-to-business environment and acts as a key interface between customers, internal departments, and external partners.

What you will do
-
End-to-end processing of customer orders from order entry through invoicing
-
Review, maintenance, and monitoring of customer orders within the ERP system
-
Ensuring on-time delivery in alignment with confirmed delivery dates, availability, and priorities
-
Tracking order status and proactively informing customers in case of deviations
-
Invoicing of customer orders and clarification of billing-related topics
-
Professional and solution-oriented customer communication (written and verbal)
-
Close coordination with customers regarding order books, forecasts, and delivery schedules
-
Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Production, Material Planning, Logistics, Shipping, Finance, and Quality
-
Ensuring compliance with Incoterms as well as export control and customs regulations
-
Support in resolving delivery, shipping, and invoicing discrepancies
-
Maintenance of customer master data and order-related information
-
Contribution to continuous improvement of customer service processes

Position: Customer Service Representative / Auftragsabwickler
Der Customer Service Representative ist verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen im Business-to-Business-Umfeld und fungiert als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern.
Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Eigenständige Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
-
Prüfung, Pflege und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System
-
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung unter Berücksichtigung von Lieferzusagen, Verfügbarkeiten und Prioritäten
-
Verfolgung des Auftragsstatus sowie proaktive Information der Kunden bei Abweichungen
-
Abrechnung von Kundenaufträgen einschließlich Klärung abrechnungsrelevanter Fragestellungen
-
Professionelle und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Kunden (telefonisch und schriftlich)
-
Enge Abstimmung mit Kunden zu deren Orderbüchern, Forecasts und Lieferplänen
-
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Produktion, Materialplanung, Logistik, Versand, Finance und Quality
-
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Incoterms sowie exportrechtlichen und zollrechtlichen Vorschriften
-
Unterstützung bei der Klärung von Liefer-, Rechnungs- und Versanddifferenzen
-
Pflege von Kundenstammdaten und auftragsbezogenen Informationen
-
Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Customer-Service-Prozessen
Fachliche Anforderungen (kenntnisbezogen):

Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Business-to-Business-Geschäftsbeziehungen

Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Incoterms
-
Verständnis exportrechtlicher und außenwirtschaftlicher Anforderungen
-
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office-Anwendungen
