What You Will Do

  • Perform engine testing in accordance with approved test procedures, work instructions, and safety standards
  • Prepare test beds, engines, tooling, and instrumentation prior to test runs
  • Conduct pre-test, test, and post-test activities including checks, adjustments, and shutdown procedures
  • Monitor engine parameters during testing and identify abnormal conditions or fault indications
  • Respond appropriately to alarms, fault codes, or test deviations
  • Accurately record test data, parameters, and results in designated systems or log sheets
  • Assist engineers and senior technicians in troubleshooting test issues and equipment faults
  • Perform basic inspection and care of test cell equipment and tooling

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma / Higher Nitec / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Experience in engine testing, test cell operations, production testing, or industrial testing environment is preferred
  • Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.
  • Ability to read and follow technical documents, test procedures, and work instructions

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Familiarity with test instrumentation, sensors, and data monitoring systems is an advantage
