What You Will Do:

  • Perform CNC machining operations to repair aircraft engine components and meet quality standards.

  • Perform total productive maintenance on machines.

  • Perform programming and troubleshooting as required by the engineer.

  • Opportunity to learn advanced technology machines operations (Laser Cladding, Laser Drilling, Adaptive Milling, Robotic Plasma Coating, etc).

  • Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.

  • Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • NITEC in Engineering or relevant qualifications or certification.

  • Min 2 years of CNC 3-axis, 5-axis or conventional machining experience

  • Possess competencies in Milling, Grinding, Drilling or Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM).

  • Able to perform basic programming language on CNC machines.

  • Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).

  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.

  • Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Relevant aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering experience.

  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office application and SAP.
