• •Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
  Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for nonconformities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, etc.) to resolve quality issues.

• Support creation and review of control plans, PFMEA, and inspection criteria.

• Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and reduce defects.

• Manage customer complaints, quality notifications (QN), and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.

• Support supplier quality management by participating in supplier audits and qualification activities.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, or other applicable quality standards.

• Train and support operators, technicians, and other staff on quality processes and requirements.

• Participate in new product introductions (NPI) by reviewing design documents and validating manufacturing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree or similar industry qualification.

• In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

• Strong communication skills (written and oral).

• Experience in manufacturing assembly process.

• High proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.

• Organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• High proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Can work with minimum Supervision.

• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.

• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.

• With at least a year in his/her current position.
