We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our QA Training Department and support the transformation of the organization training programs. In this role, you will play a key part in developing a modern training framework and helping to shift our learning approach from traditional classroom methods to more efficient, digital, and impactful solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Carry out Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection on engine components, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection and document results in accordance with procedures.

  • Familiar with the scope and limitations of the method in which certified and as directed as a NDT level I or/and level II.

  • Able to perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), and/or Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and/or Ultrasonic Testing (UT) as a NDT inspector.

  • Able to navigate and interpret from the engine manual to carry out the inspection.

  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline.

  • Possess at least 400 hours of performing FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection)-Aerospace and at least 2 years of experience in dealing with aircraft structures, engines and/or components, or acceptable alternative training or experience.

  • Possess certification of a current NAS410 / EN4179 / PCN / ASNT or SNT-TC-1A.

  • Possess basic knowledge of product manufacturing, inspection technology and aircraft engine maintenance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Possess good working knowledge of MS Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and possess working knowledge of SAP.

  • Good team player with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

  • Able to display Continuous Improvement and multi-tasking competencies.
