Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is hiring a TEMPEST Test Engineer to support programs for our US military and various international customers, keeping the world safe from foreign threats. As a TEMPEST Test Engineer, the primary work responsibility is the entire spectrum of TEMPEST testing.

• What You Will Do • Be responsible for all process of testing: analysis/design guidance of the system, test planning, test conducting, data analysis and reporting

• Be responsible for Acquisition system and data storage security and lab safety

• Less than 10% business travel may be required

• Qualifications You Must Have • Minimum 5 years of experience as a EMI or TEMPEST test engineer

• Experience with bench level testing, troubleshooting, and analyzing test results

• Experience in Configuration Management tools

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

• Demonstrated skills in writing/following procedures

• Candidate must be able to pass the CPTE I NSA certification and grow to prepare and pass the CPTE II certification

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

• Qualifications We Prefer • CPTE I certified

• 15 years TEMPEST test experience

• Active/Current Top Secret Security Clearance

Employee Referral Eligible:

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
