Job Description Summary:
As the Manager, Business Performance & Digitization for the Japan and Korea Operating Unit at The Coca-Cola Company, you will play a key role in advancing the digitization of finance and performance management processes and supporting the business performance management.
This role partners closely with Finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, C&CL, FO) to ensure accurate, timely, and insight-driven performance reporting using digital tools. In parallel, you will lead the digitization and automation of performance tracking, reporting, and planning processes—helping the organization move toward more data-driven, efficient, and scalable ways of working. You will be responsible for coordinating core financial planning processes and translating complex data into clear performance narratives that support effective decision-making across Japan and Korea.
Key Responsibilities:
Digitization & Process Automation

Lead the digitization and automation of business performance tracking and reporting processes.

Drive adoption of standardized dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions.

Partner with Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics teams to improve data quality, system integration, and reporting efficiency.

Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate manual or redundant processes.
Business Performance Tracking & Insights (leveraging digital tools)

Track and analyze business performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for Japan and Korea.

Deliver clear and actionable insights by partnering with Financial Planning, Business Insights, Franchise, C&CL, and Brand teams.

Identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, and proactively surface insights to support business decisions.
Performance Reporting & Narratives
- Prepare and coordinate performance materials and narratives for senior leadership forums, including and integrate with insights that can be developed using new digital tools.
Finance Planning Process Coordination
- Accelerate the organizations use of digital tools to deliver key finance planning processes, including LRP, ABP, Rolling Estimates, and Flash.
LRP & ABP Support
- Implement new digital tools to actively support the FP&A team in LRP and ABP preparation, ensuring alignment between financial plans, business priorities, and performance insights.
