Job Summary

As Director, RGMX, Retail, you will lead RGMX for the Retail channel, owning channel‑specific growth levers across OBPPC, with clear governance over price pack architecture, promotion effectiveness for the full portfolio, etc. In a channel centric lens, this role focuses on shaping and driving net revenue and margin growth by applying enterprise RGMX frameworks to real channel economics. Operating in a matrixed system involving bottlers, customers, and diverse execution environments, you leverage advanced RGMX tools and analytics (such as price elasticity, conjoint, regression, other financial models, etc.), to develop fact‑based recommendations and guide critical commercial decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you ensure disciplined RGMX principles are embedded into Retail channel planning and execution, driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth across the entire portfolio.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize Retail channel RGMX opportunities across the full portfolio by leveraging system data, advanced RGMX analytics tools and global frameworks, and shopper based revenue logic, translating insights into clear RGMX decisions, support effective revenue, margin, and portfolio mix outcomes for the Retail channel.

  • Define and expand Retail exclusive product portfolio to recruit new consumers and drive incremental transactions. Lead packaging differentiation and innovation strategies to enhance category relevance and encourage frequency and trade up across channels. Develop breakthrough solutions across different categories to broaden appeal and strengthen competitive positioning.

  • Develop and validate robust business cases for Retail RGMX initiatives, securing alignment with bottlers and cross functional stakeholders, defining success metrics, and embedding RGMX considerations into channel planning and execution.

  • Leverage shopper insights and research outputs to inform OBPPC strategies, ensuring value propositions are grounded in shopper willingness to pay, occasion-based needs, and channel specific purchasing behaviors.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RGMX principles into day to day decision making, supporting channel growth objectives.

  • Continuously elevate Retail RGMX maturity by leveraging global RGMX frameworks and best practices through the COE, adapting them to channel realities.

  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in FMCG or similarly complex, multi-channel, portfolio play organization. Solid understanding of the Retail channel, gained through direct experience or close cross channel collaboration

  • Strong grounding in core RGMX topics, such as OBPPC/price-pack architecture, pricing ladders, promotion effectiveness, trade investment, with the ability to apply concepts at full-portfolio and channel level.

  • Proven capability to leverage advanced analytics and financial tools to develop fact-based recommendations and guide senior level commercial decisions. Able to balance analytical rigor with practical decision making in fast paced and ambiguous environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and drive execution.

  • Confident communicator and influencer, capable of translating complex analyses into clear insights, business cases, and recommendations.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions in a fast‑paced environment.
