About the role
Job Description Summary: What You’ll Do for Us

Lead the Annual Business Plan for Mc Donald Mainland to deliver the financial results, beverage incidence, customer KPIs on GC and deploy the right brand strategies at the customer.

Work functionally to co-create the brand campaigns/activations with brand category owners. Collaborate with customer for best execution with operations.

Responsible for customer pitching and deploy Major Global Campaigns as set in the annual Global priorities.

Accelerate best in class merchandising and visibilities in all McD platforms, both instores and on GMA (digital).

Take the ownership of the annual forecast and work closely with finance and bottlers on the monthly reporting and following the annual forecast cycle.

Influence the right Portfolio and act as the PMO on product sourcing and value chain. Execute the launch plan according to the business plan.

Responsible for customer value creation through RGM and identify the Value drivers.

Working with Quality team to ensure the right Product Quality and Machinery.

Hold and manage the Annual budget to ensure ROI efficiencies.

Partners with TMD to develop key growth priorities and initiatives that tie with the TMD Global priorities.

Conduct analytics and reviews to capture the growth potentials and deliver the KPIs set in the annual business plans.

Participate in Consumer Insights / Turf and work with TMD team from research planning to insights deliverables.

Own and take proactive actions to drive the Mixology platform for both markets to deliver value growth and consumer excitement.
Qualification & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with at least 8+ years related experiences in stakeholder management, strategy and vision setting, influencing & negotiation.

Track record and accountable for the business results.

Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional network teams to deliver outstanding business results, as well as to influence the senior management level across a wide variety of functions (internal & external).

Demonstrated advanced interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) with versatility to lead communications in a highly complex internal and external organizational matrix.

Proven ability to create and drive annual business plans to deliver on enterprise goals.

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
