Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a Brand Director, Marketing to lead and scale the category growth agenda across frontline markets.

The ideal candidate brings category leadership, strong commercial acumen, and enterprise influence, with the ability to align senior stakeholders and bottlers around a shared growth agenda

Position Overview:

This role owns category strategy, performance outcomes, and system alignment, translating enterprise ambition into clear priorities and execution at scale.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the category and portfolio strategy across frontline markets, shaping growth priorities, brand roles, and activation choices.
  • Own category growth, profit, and share outcomes, influencing investment and prioritization decisions across brands and initiatives.
  • Champion consumer and shopper led strategy, translating insights into scalable category actions.‑ and shopper‑led strategy
  • Partner closely with Commercial, RGM, Finance, Media, Franchise, and Bottler leaders to deliver omni‑channel execution.
  • Provide thought leadership through the synthesis of consumer, shopper, customer, and commercial insights.
  • Guiding integrated marketing strategies across the full marketing mix, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ROI.
  • Steward category governance, ways of working, and decision rights across markets.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Related Work Experience:

10+ years of experience in brand, category, or integrated marketing leadership roles within FMCG / CPG.

Functional Skills:

  • Proven experience leading category or brand strategy across markets.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Track record of developing talent and leading teams.
