Franchise Operations at Coca-Cola manages relationships with bottling partners and ensures that our franchise model operates efficiently and delivers on the promise of brand excellence. We focus on driving growth, optimizing operations, and maintaining alignment across a global network of partners.

Key Responsibilities
As a Franchise Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Coca-Cola’s relationships with franchise partners, ensuring operational alignment, and driving commercial success across different territories.
- Assist in managing relationships with franchise bottlers and business partners.
- Support the implementation of franchise strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to optimize product distribution and marketing efforts.
- Analyse franchise performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help develop training materials and programs for franchise teams to drive operational excellence.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the franchise business model.
Requirements
- Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
- Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Spain. No visa sponsorship is provided.
- Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 40 hours/week for a 12-month internship.
- Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
- Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
- Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
- Relevant Knowledge: Basic understanding of franchise and business operations. Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and a sense of initiative. Analytical and good in stakeholder management.
