Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager, Digital AI Tech is responsible for driving the execution, integration, and enablement of digital, AI, and GenAI technologies across marketing workflows.

This role translates strategy into action by embedding AI-powered tools, digital platforms, and automation into day-to-day marketing operations, while ensuring responsible use, governance, and measurable business impact.

Working in close partnership with Marketing Capabilities and Coke ON teams, this role ensures that technology adoption is practical, scalable, and directly connected to how marketers plan, create, execute, and optimize marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Digital & AI Technology Execution:

  • Lead the implementation and day-to-day operation of digital, AI, and GenAI tools used across marketing (e.g., planning, content creation, personalization, performance optimization).

  • Translate enterprise and OU AI strategies into clear use cases, pilots, and scaled deployments.

  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness of marketing execution through automation and AI.

Marketing Workflow Integration:

  • Embed digital and AI technologies into end-to-end marketing workflows, ensuring tools are intuitive and aligned with how teams actually work.

  • Partner with Marketing Capabilities to ensure processes, ways of working, and training are aligned with technology deployment.

  • Support Coke ON initiatives by enabling data, personalization, and AI-driven engagement use cases where relevant.

3. Adoption, Enablement & Change Support

  • Drive user adoption of digital and AI tools through hands-on enablement, playbooks, best practices, and ongoing support.

  • Act as a practical coach to marketing teams, helping them apply AI responsibly and effectively.

  • Collect user feedback and continuously optimize tools, workflows, and enablement materials.

4. Governance, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure digital and AI solutions comply with brand standards, data privacy, security, and enterprise AI governance.

  • Implement quality control measures for AI-generated content and automated outputs.

  • Partner with Legal, IT, Data, and Global teams to ensure risk mitigation and compliance.

Performance Measurement & Optimization:

  • Define and track success metrics for digital and AI initiatives (e.g., adoption, efficiency gains, quality improvements, campaign performance).

  • Use data and insights to prioritize enhancements and inform future roadmaps.

  • Share learnings and best practices with internal and global communities where appropriate.

6.

Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Mar Tech, Data, IT, agencies, and technology vendors to deliver solutions effectively.

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for digital and AI marketing technology initiatives.

  • Support selective alignment and knowledge sharing with other markets or global teams.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Technology, Data, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, AI/automation, or related roles.

  • Hands-on experience implementing digital platforms, Mar Tech tools, or AI/GenAI solutions.

  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and content production processes.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience working in matrixed or global organizations.
