Job Description Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team to create the insights that support our strategy
- Develop local industry and competitive insights, focusing on Mainland China
- Enhance local strategy and contribute to development of global strategy through robust insights and deep analysis
- Analyze/benchmark/rationalize the strategy based on local considerations
Develop Integrated insights to support the OU Strategy Leads in framing and aligning on prioritization of key issues and opportunities
- Connect the different research, data, and insights sources to nurture a compelling business strategy in the region
- Build diagnosis by integrating insights from owners by function as a joint team and provide strategic options for solution spaces to MBR or OUP
Support Franchise Strategy Leads by helping them leverage insights across multiple data points to localize and enhance the Franchise Strategy
- Communicate and deliver executable bundles that further the Franchise Strategy
Build future insight capabilities for the OU and for the Global Enterprise
- Work with OUDTS and Platform Services to develop tools for self-service insights and strengthen our business performance data foundations, leveraging advanced analytics and/or AI tools when applicable.
- Interface and provide thought leadership with PS, Center, and OU Functions to secure the right data and new methods for developing insights
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience & Leadership
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, insights, analytics, or related fields, including deep exposure to FMCG and the NARTD industry.
- Proven trajectory influencing senior leadership and shaping enterprise-level strategic decisions.
- Strong people leadership experience with the ability to elevate teams from analysis to impact.
Strategic & Analytical Mastery
- Exceptional synthesis and storytelling skills to translate complex data into compelling strategic narratives.
- Advanced understanding of analytics, modeling, and research methodologies with the ability to challenge assumptions and outputs.
- Strong problem framing, systems thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Expertise in industry, competitive, and execution strategy.
Enterprise & System Leadership
- Ability to work across functions, cultures, and the Coca‑Cola System to build alignment.
- Strong facilitation skills to guide senior-level discussions toward clear outcomes.
- Fluency in leveraging data as a neutral arbiter in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Working knowledge of AI/advanced analytics and continuous tracking methodologies to drive innovation in insights.
