About the role
Job Description Summary:
At The Coca-Cola Company our purpose is to refresh the world and make a difference. Costa Coffee is building a scalable growth platform in Mexico, accelerating its presence across Traditional Trade, Food Service, Modern Trade, and D2C channels through the power of the Coca-Cola system.
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven leader to help define how Costa Coffee wins at point of sale, translating brand ambition into scalable commercial execution across channels and customers.

What you'll do for us
- Own and define the Commercial & Channel strategy for Costa Coffee across Traditional Trade (TT) and Food Service (OP), ensuring the translation of brand platforms into scalable, revenue-generating execution models.
- Design how the brand wins at point of sale through portfolio strategy, activation frameworks, and execution standards across a complex bottler system.
- Lead commercialization strategy for innovation launches, ensuring successful go-to-market execution and strong sell-in / sell-out performance.
- Drive bottler alignment and execution discipline across regions, integrating commercial priorities, activation standards, and growth initiatives.
- Translate brand platforms into actionable Picture of Success frameworks by channel and customer.
- Monitor business performance across channels, identifying growth opportunities and corrective commercial actions.
- Lead high-impact activation platforms integrating Commercial, Marketing, and Bottling Operations.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply, and Bottlers to deliver scalable business growth
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Commercial, Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Commercialization roles within FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven experience leading multi-channel commercialization strategies and customer activation initiatives.
- Experience working with bottlers, distributor systems, or highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth, execution, and brand priorities.
- Experience translating business and brand objectives into scalable channel execution strategies.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
