As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately documenting receipts and shipments; inspecting incoming orders; loading, unloading, fulfilling, and stocking inventory; operating stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts; and performing additional tasks that support safe, accurate, and on‑time shipping and receiving operations.

Position Related Duties and Key Job Functions

  • Manage docks and prioritize loads in a manner to ensure on-time receipt and minimal detention
  • Ensure quality product are received in compliance with The Coca-Cola Management System (TCCMS) standards
  • Process loads in accordance with Company standards
  • Understand and proficiently use a computerized system (SAP)
  • Manage receiving schedule, including setting appointment times
  • Investigate historical transactions of finished goods and raw materials
  • Make delivery adjustments as needed
  • Accurately prepare and track documents
  • Notify manager of situations that could result in a disruption to deliveries and customer service
  • Understand and implement FEFO methodology

Education and Qualifications

  • High School, General Education or related work experience
  • SAP, P40 knowledge Highly Desired
  • Forklift certification is preferred, or ability to obtain certification
  • Minimum 3 years light Industrial Experience
  • 1–2 years’ prior shipping/receiving computerized systems experience required
  • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.

Technical and Functional Skills

  • Possess command of the English Language
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Ability to bend, twist, lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds. Manual and finger dexterity required.
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive motions for extended periods (up to two hours)
  • Sitting and walking for continuous periods, including 8-hour, 10-hour or 12-hour shift or required necessary hours.
  • Ability to work on multiple levels, such as catwalks, ladders, etc. and ability to work in extreme temperatures
  • Ability to grip, grasp, and squeeze materials, parts, hand tools, and products.

Pay Range:

United States of America: 45,760 USD - 56,160 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
