Job Description Summary:
StudioX is our end-to-end global marketing execution platform: a multidisciplinary digital ecosystem that delivers modern content at scale, speeds up decision-making, and enables more consistent global to local activation. StudioX is elevating its ambition by integrating generative artificial intelligence and Agentic AI, rearchitecting workflows and strengthening connectivity across media, data, creative, and technology teams.
The Senior Director, Global StudioX will serve as the strategic leader responsible for the global operating model, technology and workflow architecture, multimarket enablement, and future forward evolution of StudioX. This leader will guide the vision and execution of Gen AI and Agentic AI enabled, data powered operating model that delivers scaled content, automated workflows, seamless retail activation, and integrated omnichannel experiences. This is a highly visible, cross system role driving the future of modern marketing at The Coca-Cola Company—ideal for a transformative, inclusive, and deeply collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and enterprise operations.
What You’ll Do for Us

Lead the global StudioX strategy, roadmap, and operating model across Integrated Marketing Experience, ensuring the platform delivers worldclass, data enabled, AI powered marketing execution at scale.

Steward a global investment agenda by driving integrated workflows, governance, tools, best practices, and agile routines that accelerate speed, efficiency, and quality of marketing activation.

Oversee the design, integration, and continuous improvement of StudioX’s workflow and technology architecture, including AI agentification, automation models, and content at scale capabilities

Envision and lead the development of ProdX—the generative AI capability powering modern content production—ensuring strong connectivity across all Integrated Marketing Experience disciplines.

Build an end-to-end integration model linking media, creative, insights, data, measurement, consumer engagement, and commercialization workflows.

Anticipate emerging trends in technology, artificial intelligence, and marketing operations to define future back strategies that evolve StudioX into a next generation global platform.

Partner with Operating Unit StudioX leaders to drive capability rollout, track adoption, resolve pain points, and ensure seamless global to local enablement

Lead global bottler engagement for omnichannel content development and path to purchase execution, strengthening collaboration across the Coca-Cola system.

Standardize, orchestrate, and govern technology, data models, and workflows across global hubs to enable ideas, experiences, and campaigns to scale quickly and consistently.

Collaborate with global category teams and Integrated Marketing Experience discipline leads to ensure the operating model supports end-to-end consumer experiences powered by data and insight

Serve as the primary liaison to WPP’s StudioX network and other agency partners, ensuring alignment with global operating standards, performance expectations, and partnership evolution.

Drive culture change, capability building, and systems thinking across global StudioX communities, embedding behaviors that reflect modern marketing excellence.

Champion an innovation mindset, building a global environment where experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning are embedded in the operating model.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Global Marketing, Operating Units, and partners, influencing enterprise decisions tied to technology, workflow, and modern marketing evolution.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in senior marketing, media, digital operations, advertising technology, analytics, marketing transformation, or related environments.

Deep expertise in modern marketing operations, content production, workflow design, and data enabled or technology enabled execution models.
-
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary, cross functional teams across geographies in complex, matrixed global organizations.

Strong fluency in generative artificial intelligence, Agentic AI, automation technologies, and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to guide both technical and creative teams.

Experience leading large‑scale change initiatives, operating model transformations, or enterprise platform adoption.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing disciplines, including media, creative, data, personalization, measurement, and retail/omnichannel execution.

Proven ability to partner with external agencies, platforms, and technology partners to drive performance and innovation.

Exceptional strategic thinking, systems thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear action plans.

Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills with experience navigating senior executive level alignment

Demonstrated ability to drive global governance, standardization, and process optimization while enabling local flexibility.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite blended with deep experience in GenAI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT/Claude/Nano Banana, etc.).
