We provide the "plumbing" for the modern digital economy, and we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive to help us own the Nordic market.

The Mission

You aren't just selling a product; you’re selling the security, performance, and reliability that major enterprises require to stay competitive. You will be a foundational part of our growth story in the region, bridging the gap between complex technical challenges and the business value that keeps our customers ahead of the curve.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

This is a builder’s role. We’re looking for a hunter who thrives on identifying opportunities, crafting a narrative, and navigating the nuances of enterprise sales.

You’ll be an architect of growth: You will own your territory, build a strategy from the ground up, and nurture long-term, high-impact relationships.

You’ll be a technical bridge: You will work alongside our solution engineers to demystify complex network architecture for stakeholders ranging from junior developers to the C-suite.

You’ll work at scale: You’ll be supported by a world-class team, all while maintaining the agility of a lean, remote-first operation in Sweden.

What You’ll Do:

Strategy & Execution: Own and execute a comprehensive territory plan. You aren't just hitting a quota; you’re building a lasting market presence.

The "Hunt": Identify, qualify, and capture new Enterprise business across the Nordics.

The Narrative: Translate Cloudflare’s powerful technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that solve real-world problems for your clients.

The Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and manage the full cycle of the sales process.

Partnership: Develop long-term, strategic relationships. Our customers stay because we solve their hardest problems—and you’ll be at the center of that.

What You Bring:

Seasoned Experience: 6+ years of direct B2B experience selling into Enterprise/Large-scale organizations.

Regional Expertise: A strong, established network within the Swedish market.

Fluency: Professional-level proficiency in both Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus)Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of Cloud, Security, and how the internet actually functions. You don't need to write code, but you need to speak the language of engineering and infrastructure.

The "Builder" Mindset: You are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Communication: You know how to tailor your message, whether you're talking to a CTO or a procurement lead.

Project Galileo: Since 2014, we've equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers--at no cost.

Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we've provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.

1.1.1.1: We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
