Click Up is seeking a dynamic, strategic second-line leader to drive our Commercial Sales team in EMEA to new heights. As a key player in our mission to unify productivity tools and empower teams worldwide, you will shape the future of sales at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies. The Role:

Lead and scale the commercial sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
-
Build the infrastructure and processes to scale by hundreds in coming years
-
Develop and implement sales strategies
-
Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes
-
Foster a high-performance culture through effective change management and leadership
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase output and efficiency
-
Drive results-oriented initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals
-
Manage and mentor a team of sales leaders and representatives
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
-
4-8 years of experience in a second-line sales management role
-
Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets
-
Strong data analytics skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
-
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving change management
-
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
-
Experience in the SaaS industry is required and preferred if CWM.

Excellent communication and leadership skills
