  • What Success Looks Like: Success is measured by the successful execution of the GTM roadmap, the accuracy of revenue forecasts, and the increased productivity of our revenue teams through optimized processes.

Key Projects You’ll Lead

  • Strategic Architecture: Administer and optimize our GTM tech stack (e.g., Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ) to automate workflows and improve pipeline efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Map and document cross-functional processes and playbooks to enhance team onboarding and alignment.
  • Revenue Analytics:

Own and Analyze marketing, sales, and retention metrics to drive monthly executive reviews and high-level decision-making.

Proven ability to create complex models for territory management, quota setting, and forecasting, while managing planning cycles.

  • Change Management: Experience rolling out new systems and workflows to large teams, balancing stakeholder input with operational rigor.
  • Data Insights: Ability to distill market and customer data into actionable revenue growth levers.
  • Project Management: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple workstreams and priorities with fast iteration and self-direction.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Familiarity with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach enablement tools.
  • Experience in Education or Ed Tech.
