The Laboratory Logistics Representative is the primary contact to dispatch will calls to the Laboratory Courier plus provides operational and administrative support to the Laboratory Logistics Department

A caregiver in this position works days| 9: 00am—5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Provide daily operational support to the Laboratory Logistics Department.

• Dispatch laboratory couriers for calls.

• Assist with fulfillment of supply orders to include packing supplies and use of shipping software.

• Provide clerical support for the department.

• Demonstrate ability in all aspects of the courier/supply management software system.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid state driver’s license (VDL)

• Good driving record

• Obtain and maintain eligibility as determined by CCF’s insurance carrier’s requirements to operate Foundation vehicles

• Obtain required Haz Mat/Dangerous Goods Handling certification within 6 months of hire

• Computer skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• 1 year of experience as a courier, storeroom or similar experience

• Previous dispatching or storeroom experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to spend long hours driving and working in all weather conditions.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $15.75

Maximum hourly: $21.65
