We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Onboard Analyst 1 - C09 based in Mumbai. Being part of our team means that we’ll provide you with the resources to meet your unique needs, empower you to make healthy decision and manage your financial well-being to help plan for your future.
Onboarding Profile: Domestic Account Services focusing on the onboarding process at Mumbai branch.
Core Responsibilities:

Processing domestic account setups, including account opening, account maintenance and product onboarding documentation.

Ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance requirements specific to domestic banking operations.
-
Managing client interactions and providing support for domestic account service inquiries.
-
Coordinating with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Compliance, Relationship Management) to ensure efficient end-to-end processing of domestic account activities.

Providing backup and support for core domestic banking functions as needed.

Contributing to initiatives focused on enhancing processes and improving efficiency within domestic account services.
Qualifications:

Previous relevant experience in domestic banking operations or account services.

Fundamental understanding of domestic financial industry regulations.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical capabilities.

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
