The Cardmember Access and Experiences team is responsible for designing and delivering experiences, perks and privileges for Citi cardmembers that differentiate Citi products and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and profitability.

The Entertainment Benefits Lead, Senior Vice President (SVP) is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of Citi’s Entertainment benefits offerings, delivering differentiated access, experiences, and partnerships that enhance the cardmember value proposition and drive engagement across USCC. This individual will help drive the continued growth and innovation of Citi Entertainment in partnership with the Citi Sponsorships team, ensuring its alignment with USCC business priorities. The SVP will lead efforts to forge and sustain high-level internal and external relationships that enhance the program's value, reach, and competitive advantage. This role is part of the Cardmember Access and Experiences leadership team and will play a key role in shaping how Citi delivers differentiated benefits to cardmembers.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and champion the long-term strategic vision and roadmap for Entertainment benefits

  • Provide leadership and oversight for Entertainment benefits, including its strategic development, contribution to P&L performance, and market positioning.

  • Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with internal senior leadership across various functions (e.g., product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance) to secure critical alignment, resources, and buy-in for strategic initiatives.

  • Help drive and negotiate strategic partnerships with key external entertainment partners, securing exclusive opportunities and optimizing deal structures that enhance Citi’s Entertainment benefits.

  • Oversee comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to ensure Citi’s Entertainment benefits maintain market leadership and innovates ahead of trends, continuously evolving the program to meet customer needs and drive engagement.

  • Direct the development and presentation of strategic business cases, performance reviews, and program updates to senior leadership and relevant governance committees.

  • Ensure the seamless integration of Citi Entertainment within the broader digital Citi experience and across various card products, maximizing customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Proactively identify and strategically address complex challenges and opportunities within the entertainment landscape, implementing robust controls and governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic program management, business development, product management, or marketing leadership, with extensive experience in the financial services, entertainment, or loyalty program industries.

  • Proven ability to strategically engage with and influence senior leaders across complex organizational structures.

  • Extensive experience in negotiating and managing relationships with external senior leadership at major partner organizations, including deal structuring and ongoing partnership optimization.

  • Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and program performance to diverse high-level audiences.

  • Deep understanding of customer engagement strategies, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within entertainment or loyalty benefits.

  • Strong strategic and analytical acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and drive significant business outcomes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Masters / advanced degree preferred
