Role Overview
Citi Wealth is accelerating its AI-first strategy to deliver seamless, hyper-personalized, and compliant wealth experiences. We are seeking a Director of AI Product Solutions & Delivery to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Generative and Agentic AI capabilities—from strategy and roadmapping through delivery, adoption, and value realization.
You will focus on building solutions for a specific vertical (for example, Operations & Controls, Products, etc) and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the multi-year AI product strategy and OKRs aligned to Citi Wealth priorities (growth, client experience, productivity, risk control) for your vertical. Own the AI product portfolio roadmap; prioritize investments using data-driven business cases and capacity planning. Identify new opportunities to leverage AI or to expand the AI products and capabilities. Ensure there are clearly defined goals/benefits with a clear measurement framework.
- Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI product(s) within your vertical, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization. Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery. Drive responsible
- Delivery & Execution: Translate strategy into epics and features. Manage backlogs and partner with Data Science, Engineering, and all applicable technical teams to deliver production-grade AI services.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit heads, technology teams, risk, compliance, and legal, to drive development, go-to-market and adoption for AI product initiatives.
- Performance & Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for AI products, monitor performance post-launch and iterate based on data-driven insights. Ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance: Manage end‑to‑end model, GenAI, and Responsible AI governance, including documentation, validation, monitoring, explainability, and adherence to internal policies and emerging AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience:**12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years focused on AI/Machine Learning products.
- Proven experience working at a Director level or equivalent in a large, complex organization, preferably in financial services.
- Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling AI products that have delivered significant business impact.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including retail banking, institutional clients, wealth management, or enterprise functions.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, supervised/unsupervised learning, model monitoring, A/B testing, and responsible AI.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), ML Ops, vector databases, and RAG.
- Understanding of data governance, data pipelines, and MLOps principles.
- Strong communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with regulatory expectations, model governance, and risk management.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
